The "Zeta House" Royal Theatre is located in downtown Cetinje. It's the onldest theatre in Montenegro, constructed from 1884 to 1888 by Croatian architect Josip Slade.

Aside from dramatic performances, the theatre hosts concerts, festivals and education seminars.
